"The property grounds are absolutely beautiful with multiple cottages, gardens, lakes, and outside seating areas by the water. Harry's Restaurant on site has great food and a lovely outdoor seating area where you can watch the ducks, geese and white swans float by. Unfortunately, the lodging in the main two-story building is nothing special and does not match the exquisite property. We had just a one-night stay so didn't get to use the amenities and activities."

"Air handler was so loud it was unusable. In fact, you can hear other room’s air handlers from your room. Was put in a room above the outdoor bar seating and had to deal with so-called grownups drinking and being loud into the early morning hours. You can literally hear every noise in your room as if the walls were paper thin. 2 of the 3 mornings there was no hot water for showers and the breakfast was less than average at best. Finally, be careful you don’t hit the furniture when opening and...

"Probably one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Room was spotless and smelled clean and fresh. The only thing to mention is that you can hear any and everything going on out in the hallway which is typical. So just keep that in mind if you’re going in and out super early or late."

"Room was clean. Duvet was showing some wear and tear, clean but some of the seams were torn. Staff was very polite and friendly. Breakfast was good. Nice variety and options. Loved the pools and hot tub. Only two plastic cups in the room. Did provide more when asked but should have more stocked in the rooms. This is our third stay there and would return."

"We had an excellent experience at the Manassas Courtyard! I use a walker for my back problems and the young lady at the desk couldn't be more helpful and pleasant! There's plenty of handicapped parking, the room was very clean, the beds very comfortable, and both tv's worked! ( know, but that isn't always the case!) The only problem we had was they wre blacktopping the area at the main entrance, so we had to park and walk some distance to check in. But after that, we could use the side...
