The Space:

Tucked into the lush native pocket of Pearl Beach and just steps from the sand, Moso House is a newly renovated coastal sanctuary where considered design meets effortless indulgence. Four luxurious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a generous open-plan living and dining space, and a gourmet kitchen all open out to a decadent alfresco, the kind of home that invites you to slow down, gather close, and stay a little longer.



Arrive early, leave late

Settle in from 12pm and linger until 3pm as standard, with later departures available on request (subject to availability) because the best escapes are never rushed.



The bedrooms

Four beautifully appointed rooms - two king, two queen plus 2 single sofa beds - sleep 8-10 adults in comfort. Two sit within the main house and two open directly to the alfresco, each with its own ensuite bathroom, individual heating and cooling, and ample storage. The master is a retreat in itself, with a walk-in robe and a spa-like ensuite featuring both a bath and shower. Every bed is dressed in luxury linen, every bathroom finished with Leif amenities and warmed by underfloor heating. The external cabins rise to high cathedral ceilings with ceiling fans, air conditioning, and elegant clothes armoires. The external bedrooms have the single fold out sofa beds allowing for extra children, teens or even adults. Sofa bed linen is available on site.



The kitchen a home cook's dream

At the heart of the home is a kitchen built for those who love to cook. A double induction Thomson cooker offers two ovens and two grills, paired with a Liebherr fridge complete with ice and a dedicated wine section. A separate breakfast station adds a second wine fridge, a full Zip tap pouring chilled, filtered, and sparkling water, plus a semi-automatic coffee machine with fresh beans for the purists. The butler's pantry extends the space with a third dishwasher, laundry appliances, and room to prep in peace.



To welcome you, we provide a thoughtful selection of loose-leaf teas, coffee beans, Tasteology salt and pepper, Pukara Estate olive oil and vinegar, Milk Lab almond and oat milk, coconut water for your morning smoothies, and Koala Eco cleaning products throughout.



The wellness quarter

Step outside to a private backyard wrapped in native greenery, where a poolside lounging deck invites long, lazy afternoons. The heated pool (5 x 3.5m, 1.2–1.6m deep) is yours year-round, while a dedicated wellness quarter offers an infrared sauna, a cold plunge bath (which can also be warmed to your liking), and a hot outdoor shower beneath the open sky.



Made for gathering

Fire up the gas BBQ for long alfresco dinners, gather around the fire pit as the evening cools, or curl up by the wood-burning fireplace in the main house (firewood included). The entire home is climate-controlled with reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning, so every season feels just right.

Who we welcome

Guest Access:

You have the whole house and grounds to yourself. This is a full time holiday and wellness retreat.



The Neighborhood:

Pearl Beach is quiet, leafy, exclusive and secluded.

We are in a residential area and have the community centre next door.



Getting Around:

Walking is best, once you get here.



Other Things to Note:

All bookings will require to provide government issued ID for security purposes. The booker will also be required to complete our digital registration confirming acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

The Greenhouse Peace of Mind Damage Waiver



All bookings via all platforms are covered by our Guesty screen and protect damage waiver for accidental damage during your stay up to $50000.

We do not need to take a security deposit from you.

Note: theft and deliberate damage is not covered and will be reported to local police.
