"The views from this house are amazing. It is literally steps away from the beach. We had a family gathering with all ages and everyone had a great time. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner was very responsive when we reached out. We were able to see fireworks from the balcony as we were there during the 4th. It is close enough to walk to the pier area for the arcade/rides and restaurants. We loved our time in this home and hope to return again!"

"Very nice property to stay at in Old Orchard Beach! It’s a very quiet neighborhood with a fully enclosed backyard, which was nice for my dog. It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient as well. Only thing that I would have liked was to have access to regular cable on the tv, since I couldn’t watch NESN with Roku. But still would give this place 5 stars! We had a lovely time. 😊"

"The location was amazing! Walking distance to the pier, and right by the beach! We enjoyed that it was far enough down from the pier that the beach was a bit less crowded but we were still able to walk downtown. The accommodations are very cute and rustic. Some things could use attention, like paint touch ups and the patio table needs replacing… however these were minor issues and we will be back! "

"The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. "Excellent. All was perfect. The hotel has garage and beside there is a public garage. Excellent food. It's in a central area. Beautiful room, clean. It offers a beautiful internal garden attached to the restaurant. Its close to the harbor in a central area and has many bars, restaurants and stores nearby. Couples's trip on vacation during spring. A staff menber speaks portuguese."
