"I came here for a business event, and I love that the property was convenient and it was walkable or a short Uber to the places that I needed to go. The property was a little dated for it to be a W hotel, but it was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Super noisy room!!!! So much noise you can't sleep well. And terrible staff and customer service. So rude and unfriendly, treating and thinking we are stupid. We were in a super noisy room. I called them, told them and asked for help. They said we have to go downstairs to the front desk. Once we went down and talked to them at the lobby/front desk/lobby, they said we should resolve this by phone. But after a while, they told they would send the security over to see where the noise came from...

A estada foi boa com pequenos desacertos como o cofre ficou sem bateria, prontamente resolvido; por tres vezes o cartão nao funcionou no estacionamento com necessidade de trocá-lo e finalmente perto do check out aovoltar ao apto no 12 andar o cartão não lia para destravar a porta porisso necessitei descer ao lobby por duas vezes para remagnetizar o cartão enfrentando sempre uma fila "
