Enjoy the comfort of a pool dome that can be closed. This is ideal for winter days as the property is open all year round. The dome protects 100% from UV and the pool is heated. On the ground floor is the cooking and dining area as well as a separate WC. On the first floor is the living room and a cosy bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. Villa Julijud is an ideal place to get away from it all and spend an unforgettable holiday. A professional charging station for electric vehicles with a maximum output of 22 kWh has been installed.



Villa Julijud is located in central Istria surrounded by picturesque hilly landscape. The beautiful location offers guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding smaller towns and visit their restaurants with famous Istrian specialities. The medieval town of Pazin is only a short drive from the villa. Towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are well worth a visit. Nature lovers will surely appreciate the surrounding nature, where they will find many cycling routes, hiking trails and trekking routes. If you want to visit the beaches, you can easily reach the west coast of Istria, for example in the area of the historic town of Porec. A day trip to the Brijuni National Park, a visit to Lim Bay or the town of Porec is always a good idea.
