Riverfront Retreat. Year-round river in North Payson.

  • Nosso Riverfront Retreat está localizado a 24 km a noroeste de Payson, logo abaixo da borda Mogollon, no fundo da floresta. É uma casa de três andares muito charmosa, com dois quartos no andar superior e um porão com um beliche e uma cama de rodízio. Também um sofá-cama no nível principal. (Total: acomoda confortavelmente 7). Esta casa tem todas as comodidades com uma grande cozinha, sala de jantar e família. Dois banheiros (um chuveiro e um chuveiro / banheira). Jardim da frente é fechado com grande área gramada para jogar. Nos fundos da casa tem dois decks. Um deck fica fora do quarto principal e o outro na cozinha e nas salas de jantar (substituído em abril de 2019). O quintal sai para o rio Verde Leste, que corre o ano todo. Existem duas trilhas para caminhadas uma milha acima da estrada. Também pesca nas proximidades na área recreativa Waterwheel. Existem vários lagos para desfrutar de uma curta viagem de carro até o 260 também. Também a Ponte Natural Tonto fica a uma curta distância de carro para uma viagem de um dia. De dezembro a fevereiro, neva e recomenda-se a tração nas quatro rodas. Há muito o que fazer em casa. Temos internet / wifi e Direct TV. Aproveite o tempo com os amigos e a família cozinhando, bebendo, jogando sinuca e pingue-pongue. Disponível: Máquinas Xbox e Wii disponíveis. (Traga jogos e DVDs). 150 filmes / DVDs para escolher na propriedade. Amazon Alexa para entretenimento musical com alto-falantes nos 1º e 2º andares. Serviços mais próximos 15 milhas de distância, então traga mantimentos.

Another relaxing stay at the Riverfront Retreat. This is our 2nd stay here. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, drinking coffee and listening to the stream. Upgrades were made to the kitchen since our last stay. We will definitely be returning soon.

This place was truly incredible. The host was kind and quick to respond to any questions we had. The home was spotless and filled with all the little things that people tend to forget or miss, like spices and seasonings, throw blankets for snuggling, a couple stuffed animals on the bunk beds, etc. The bed we used was super comfy. The shower was hot with nice water pressure. Outside was straight out of a fairy tale. The river is down a short, easy path in the backyard. The front yard has luscious green grass. It’s simply perfect. We can’t wait to go back!

Family vacay

This is the third time we’ve stayed here and always have a wonderful unplugging weekend to enjoy all that nature has to offer. The creek is amazing and so peaceful.

Wow! This property and home was outstanding. We enjoyed all of the wildlife and views of the river right from the back deck. We loved how peaceful the neighborhood was. We also enjoyed playing pool, darts, and ping pong. This house has everything you could ever need and more. Host was wonderful as well. We will definitely stay again.

Second Visit

You just cannot beat this property and the care and representation of the owners. This is my second stay there and everything you would need is available for a relaxing stay. The property and house is even better in person than in the pictures. I highly recommend the property.

Beautiful house and location!

This house was everything that was advertised and more. Very clean, and located near a lot of great hikes. The owner is very responsive. Waking up next to the creek was amazing. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic creek side property

Wonderful creek side property with many amenities! The home was beautiful and clean with many amenities, games and very thoughtful touches by the hosts to make the most of your stay.The location is perfectly located on the creek with deep pools and the relaxing sounds. The lawn area in front was perfect for outdoor games in the woods with the kids and the property is a very short distance from amazing hiking (including sections of the AZ Trail).Great escape less than 2 hours from the valley

Beautiful Home

We absolutely loved our stay and can hardly wait to come back. The home was beautifully furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit for the kids and I absolutely LOVED the creek and enjoyed each of the sitting areas out in the back. With the house being so close, we hope to return often. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home.

Clean, fun and beautiful

Fantastic cabin! Every summer our family rents a cabin in Payson, this cabin has been the cleanest and well stocked place yet!! Kids were entertained the entire time with all the games and movies provided. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you need and more! We all enjoyed feeding the blue jays and squirrels every morning. Truly a relaxing, stress free time at this beautiful cabin!

Paradise Retreat

This property will be one of our most favorite stays. It is very well kept and has the most complete kitchen. Perfect for cooking great family meals. The beds are super comfy and the pool table room is an excellent escape for teenagers. The location is so relaxing and peaceful with sounds of the Verde River just out your back door and the view from the deck is breath taking. The stars at night are amazing! We loved this piece of paradise and will return.

Weekend work retreat - amazing property!

4 of us stayed for a work retreat this past weekend for 3 nights. The house was perfect! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. My daughter and I explored nearby trails and we all spent a lot of time on the back patio and near the river. This is truly a special place and we hope to be back. The host was very responsive.

Happy birthday happy retirement!

We enjoyed our time at the Riverside Retreat so much last year, that we decided to stay here again this year. This time included a retirement celebration! Alissa and Russ are great hosts! Their responsiveness and special touches are especially appreciated. Hopefully, we can make this an annual event. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

A True Riverfront Retreat

My family and I had the best time at this property. We felt at home immediately and were in awe of the front and backyards. From the beautiful grassy area in the front, to the magical, flowing river in the back. My favorite part was deciding which spot to sit in to read my book. My kids played for hours in the river and then got cozy inside to watch movies and play games. We will for sure be back!

Spring Break Getaway

Perfectly located away from any major town. The house was exactly as advertised. Very quiet neighbors that made it feel like we were alone in the woods. Didn't get to play in the river since the banks were all covered in snow but we don't regret it one bit. Picturesque! Got the kids off the electronics and hiked the local trails. They loved it. Look forward to returning in the summer!

Great experience

Had a lovely time with my family. Home is right on the river and it was so peaceful listening to the rushing water. Hummingbirds, blue jays, squirrels… you feel right in the forest with the luxurious amenities with this home. I’ve rented several homes from VRBO and this home by far has been the cleanest, well stocked, and most comfortable I’ve visited. Owners were very responsive and accommodating. We drove a couple miles away and my whole family caught HUGE trouts. We had a blast. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Creekside Resort!

Wow! Our family of four just loved our stay. This home and property have everything you need! The yard is absolutely fabulous! The lawn up front and the flowing creek in the back! You have nature literally at your feet! Inside the house you feel at home is there is everything you need to entertain, cook and relax! Did I mention the beautiful decks? They look out over the backyard and sound of the creek fills the air. This is a must stay!
