"This is a gothic type hotel. Our room was very comfortable and nice. Had a slight problem with dust. We had originally booked three nights but only stayed one night as the hotel premises were not what we expected, especially the breakfast dining which I believe is not very appropriate for having breakfast. However our breakfast was brought up and was excellent. The photos of the hotel on this site should show the premises so that people know what to expect. "

I couldn't visit the adjacent Somerset Museum as it was closed, but I look forward to seeing it on my next visit."

It was fine for us but might not be great for people with larger cases. The entry arrangements worked well but we did not see anybody on either occasion when we stayed. "
