We invite you to make JJ's your "home away from home". As general contractors for the Pioneer Woman Mercantile and the Drummond Ranch Lodge-Terry and Jerry wanted to complete your "experience" with a great place to stay! If you are an avid fan of Pioneer Woman you have probably met them on your own television. Come kick your shoes off and stay awhile-in Pawhuska, Oklahoma where ā€œThe SMILES are ALWAYS FREE.ā€
This historical home was built in 1925 and has been completely updated while maintaining the "old world" charm. Over 1500 sq. feet of living space that includes large rooms, high ceilings and alot of windows providing natural light. No need to climb stairs and haul belongings a distance-Park at the back door under covered parking. Very quiet neighborhood with great outdoor space to enjoy a quiet evening. We pride ourselves on providing a sparkling clean, quiet, comfortable place for your stay. Great for a family, girl's trips, business or just a "night away. Entire house including fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and off-street covered parking. Only one step up to house with walk-in shower. We are available to meet your needs and will be glad to assist in any way possible. We do offer self check-in, so you may arrive at your convenience. We want your Pioneer Woman experience to be a memorable one. Quiet residential neighborhood with great outdoor space to enjoy a quiet evening. Located in the "Heart of Pawhuska and the Osage" within close proximity to area attractions. Less than 2 miles from downtown and the Pioneer Woman Mercantile. Great location with easy access to all of the area attractions by vehicle. There is a very steep hill from downtown to house that would be a challenge for most people to walk. We are flexible on check-in and check-out times. Let us know what your needs are and we will do our best to accommodate-based on occupancy. Great base to explore

House was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy as well. Loved the recliners and the throw blankets provided was a nice touch. We used JJs house as a base to visit family in s Kansas and explore OK. Must see is Woolaroc plan on most of the day there. And of course all the wonders Pawhuska has to offer. Bring your appetite as the food is amazing!

JJ's place

Property was very nice, and within a short distance to all major attractions. We especially liked the rear deck and sat out there for hours in the evening. The parking was very nice. I have a mid size car and easily navigated into the space under the carport. We would stay again if we get up that way.

Wonderful house in Pawhuska

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Pawhuska. The house exceeded our expectations. Large kitchen, livingroom with comfy chairs, comfy beds. The listing says 1+ bathrooms but it has one large bathroom. The shower floor is slippery, but Michelle quickly delivered a shower mat. Michele was super helpful and a great communicator.

Pioneer Women visit

This is the most comfortable house I have ever stayed in. Usually youā€™re lucky to get a recliner in a VRBO, let alone 5. 3 recliners and 2 on the couch! We were all able to put our feet up after a great day of shopping. The beds were all very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

We had a great trip visiting Pawhuska and enjoyed our stay at the house. Very clean and spacious. However, we were disappointed that this was listed as 1+ bath but is only 1 bath.

A very nice place.

The home was clean with good character. It was a few minutes drive to the Mercantile which was very convenient. The manager of the property was attentive, pleasant and personable and made contact a few times to make sure everything was going well.

Quiet little place near downtown

Exceptionally clean, well-appointed two bedroom house in a quiet area, but near downtown. The check in process was seamless and the owner was very good at communication. The only note I have is that it is listed as a 1.5 bathroom place. There is only one bathroom. There is a laundry room with a sink, but that's not a half bathroom. Still a great stay and I highly recommend.

The house was super comfortable and the porch was lovely after a day of shopping. We were never able to locate the 2nd bathroom in the house but we managed to make it work for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Short trip

We stayed in Pawhuska to go to the Mercantile and visit the Museum of Osageā€¦. We are gradually making our way to Fort Worth, TX to visit grandson and his parents. Very enjoyable trip.
