"I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton in Winchester, VA. The hotel felt modern, clean, and well-maintained from the moment I walked in. The lobby had a bright, open layout with plenty of space to relax or get some work done, and the atmosphere felt welcoming without being overdone. My room was simple but very clean and thoughtfully designed. Everything was in good working order, and the bed was comfortable, which made it easy to rest after a long day. I also appreciated the efficient use of space...

"We have been there several times. Does not disappoint!"

"The free parking (which was excellent) was confusing. In order to obtain a parking dongle, you had to check in but there was no where to park when you were trying to check in. Also, if you didn't return the parking dongle, you were charged $20 but you can't exit the parking garage without the dongle. Therefore, you have to exit the garage and find somewhere to park so you can return the dongle and finish checking out. They need to come up with a better method of enabling parking access."

"The staff at the spa the refuse to service me and my partner for a pedicure, we just told no cause the were unavailable to attend us, like we don't matter, we're very unpolished, however the staff at the restaurant make up for that and they were fantastic, excelente food and superior service."

"Nice, unique place to stay. In the woods, with our building is unlike anywhere else where we have stayed. I would stay here again. It is like being in a campsite, but staying in a hotel room. Since the buildings are not attached to any others, there is zero noise from neighbors."
