Jocelyn was so quick to respond and let us check in early which was so sweet! The main room / kitchen area can get a tad cold (it was 12 at night and snowed) but there were tons of blankets and the hot tub fireplace were amazing!! 10/10 experience."

"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience at this stay. The outside grounds were old, dilapidated, and made me feel sad. The house itself had an incredibly strong, musty odor of mold and mildew. We were supposed to stat for 3 nights, but left after just one because we were so uncomfortable. "I would like to share my experience at cozy house big bass lake. The owner of this house was very nice and quick to respond to questions. The house was very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I go to pennsylvania almost every year for vacation but this house was the best we have ever been to. There are a lot of fun things to do with kids in different locations.
