"If I could give 10 stars I would! Beautiful getaway location. Felt like home away from home. Plenty of room for a family to enjoy their stay and nothing lacked in the way of needs around a home. Thank you for having us. We come every year to Prescott and this home is the best we’ve stayed in so far! "

"It was a beautiful, large property! We were taking refuge from fireworks, and it was very quiet! Some traffic noise due to being right by the 89, but not very noticeable in the house itself!"

"The property had very nice views of both sunrises and sunsets. It was minutes away from Lynx Lake and the pines that surround it. Everything from dining, fast food, grocery, to shopping was very close. The property also included cable television with numerous stations. The only thing that was disliked was that when we arrived, it felt like 110 degrees inside since the window air conditioners were turned off. It did eventually cool down after about 2 hours. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

"Our stay at the Cozy Cabin exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for our family and provided a relaxing and enjoyable place to enjoy nature and time together. Our kids loved all the toys available and time around the fire pit making smores. Chris was great about quickly responding to messages. It also was nice to be close enough to some of the fun family activities in Williams. We would definitely stay here again and recommend for any family, especially young kids. "

The cabin is in the heart of the dark aky community!
