"The grounds were amazing. There is a plantation house and gardens in the grounds that was really interesting to explore. We also love the breakfast and the balcony next to our room where we drink coffee and watch bluebirds. All of these amenities are in the middle of Chapel Hill, just minutes away from restaurants, shopping, and the college. Another really cool perk was the pantry on our floor with free ice cream and drinks."

"What makes this hotel so special is the staff. From the moment you enter the door Jerry greets you and treats you as though you have entered a five star resort. I did encounter some problems with noise and he took care of the it immediately and professionally. I also ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food was very good. The staff here is amazing. But again, I must say Jerry is one of the best I’ve ever meet in this business!"

"O quarto era limpo e confortável. Entretanto, era possível ouvir o barulho vindo dos outros quartos e de hóspedes que falavam alto. A pior parte foi: sentimos cheiro de cigarro no quarto vindo de outros hóspedes. O hotel permite fumantes, conforme informativo posto no elevador. Esse ponto foi extremamente negativo, já que sempre escolhemos o local com base nas informações prestadas no Hotéis.com e falava claramente que não era permitido fumar nas dependências do hotel. "
