"I love this hotel. The only thing I don't like is the inner rooms that face the "event space". You can't tell what time it is cause you cannot see outside from your room. This time we had a room with an outside facing window. Much better! So close to downtown, you can walk everywhere. I will always choose this hotel when traveling to Missoula and seeing a show downtown. Eat at El Comino Tacos! Chef's kiss!"

"DIRTY! When I walked into my room I was immediately confronted with a wafting smell of urine. There was literal dirt on the floor that I could see. It was disgusting. Do not waste your money or time here."

"We loved everything about our weekend stay on 5-16-26 and 5-17-26 pet room except the fact that tons of kids were running and screaming down the hall. Our room was 123 and the guy at front desk even told my husband that he tried to get them to quiet down and that even customers on 2nd floor were complaining about the noise level on the main floor. The hotel, the room, the breakfast the pet area was amazing!! It really was. Everything except the noisy kids. Even adults would talk loudly when...

"I like the updated suite, it’s very clean and spacious. I also love their buffet breakfast, they offer a lot of choices. Most of the staff were friendly, except for one receptionist I called when our bathroom door got locked. She initially told me they didn’t have a key for it and sounded like there was nothing they could do. However, someone eventually came to our room to assist us. Overall the hotel is excellent."
