Welcome to our beautiful villa with private pool

This fantastic Villa has a garden with swimming pool. It has 2 big bedrooms with 2 beautiful bathrooms. One bedroom has a fantastic pool view. From out of this bedroom you will jump directly in the swimming pool. The living room is spacious and comfortable. There is a design kitchen with all the luxury that you will need. One of the best places of the Pool villa is the ‘open living’. It has a big sofa and 2 fans. Probably you will stay here a lot of your time. From out of here you have a spectacular view over the pool. In the evening you can enjoy here the romantic atmosphere of this great house. The Villa is very suitable for families with children. There’s a sun lounger, dining table with chairs and of course……the swimming pool.

Can you imagine it? Sunset, a good glass of wine, your favourite music. That's holiday!

Including cleaning 6 days a week and fast internet service.

This beautiful villa was perfect for our vacation, the area was quiet, clean and calm to just relax and Pattaya. The housekeeper was very respectful, helpful and nice. We would stay here 10 out of 10 times and 100% recommend.

This is my 2nd time staying at this property. It is quiet, serene but, close enough to everything one would need. Restaurants, bars, convenience stores, laundry, quite literally everything one would need/require is within a kilometer. The property itself is absolutely perfect from its layout to cleanliness & decor. With pool access from bedroom 1 & the living room you can make the outdoor & indoor areas continuous by simply sliding ope a couple of doors!! I highly recommend this property for beauty, layout, comfort, location and value.

The Villa is everything as promised. The host and her son was always helpful and we would stay there again in a heart beat. I would recommend this to anyone who does not need assistance to be mobile. The streets and lane ways may be a little busy to walk around in for those traveling with elders or young children. Otherwise, the Villa deserves 7 stars.

Positive: House top, Rooms and Furniture top, Equipment top, Pool top, Cleanliness top, nearby great Thai kitchens Negatives: Wetland pond right next to Terrace/Pool, therefore many Mosquitoes on Terrace. Cleaning woman should be more discreet. Location of the house incorrectly described in the QR code and Google Maps. Cab driver cannot find

The villa is in an ideal location it was close to everything. I couldn't ask for a better experience. The property was amazing! Everything from the décor to the cleanliness of the villa were perfect. The outdoor pool area & pool were great. We meet with Johan (the host) and he was so nice and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property if staying in the area.

Absolutely beautiful property. One of the few properties that are even more impressive than the photos. Spotlessly clean. Everything in perfect working order. The pool is fantastic. Outdoor seating is extremely clean and comfortable. Very near the main areas of Pattya. Short taxi ride to Walking Street and the ocean front restaurants, bars and shopping. Walking distance to 7-11, foot massage and some local eateries. Cleaning done on a daily basis. I would rate this property higher than five stars if possible. Thank you Johan and Martin for everything!

Nous avons retrouvé une maison propre comme à son habitude .Quel plaisir de nager dans la piscine privée. C’était un bon moment car Pattaya est assez calme en ce moment à cause du Covid, avec peu de touristes . Par contre Tous les commerces ne sont pas encore ouverts. Séjour agréable

Mein Aufenthalt war vom 14.3. bis 27.3.2020. Das Haus mit dem eigenen Pool ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Arbeit der Dame für die tägliche Reinigung. Besser kann man nicht sauber machen!! Ich kann dieses Objekt jederzeit weiterempfehlen und ich komme bestimmt wieder

Everything went great. We were there 16 nights. House was very nice and cleaning just great. Johan and his wife was just helpful. Location for house is good, and there was no any disturbing noise for street etc. We are very satisfied, and we can recommend place for everybody. Thanks a lot!!! Best regards Mikko and Henri

I have just returned from my stay at this villa and must say I had a great time. The villa looks exactly the same as it does in the photos on home away. Everything in the villa worked worked properly (didn't use the cooker. Plenty of places to eat nearby) i wouldn't hesitate to book the property again

Seven stars of five.... I spent a wonderful holliday at this place. Everyone is very friendly and everything was very very good. Starts with a perfect communication during the booking process (thxs Johan), very helpful if I Need some help (thxs Martien). A very comfortable and nice house, in a quiet area of Pattaya, but not so far away from everything you need. I enjoyed my stay very much and I am sure I'll be back soon. Thank you for all...

This Villa is amazing and is as good / better than the pictures. Johan was amazing in organizing everything for us and even accommodated last minute changes to accommodate extra Guests. The location is perfect as it is not too far away from the main strip but it is far away enough for you not to hear noise from the streets.

Photos conformes à la réalité . Villa très propre.hôte accueillant . A 5 min à pied a droite 7/11, massage , taxi moto etc. Villa à 5 min en scooter de la beach, Mall etc... une fois de plus nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Pattaya. Le seul bémol pourrait être le vis à vis de la terrasse et de la piscine avec la grille qui donne sur le lac et la petite Soï. Mais ça reste correct. Je reviendrais
