Positives and negatives. Overall satisfactory bearing in mind it’s a budget hotel.
Building work going on (only notified by way of a notice on reception desk on arrival), but would have been good to know in advance.
Very noisy each night, throughout the night with doors being slammed, guests playing music on their phones right outside my door, and a constant beeping noise from the corridor making sleep difficult and meaning I opted to check out a day early and move to a different hotel to get a better nights sleep before my flight home. In hindsight, I should have cut my stay short and moved to a different hotel to sleep better, as I was left exhausted each morning which meant I often ended sleeping in until lunchtime.
Most staff friendly and helpful - especially room attendants and reception staff, 1 breakfast colleague particularly rude, but others seemed nice (if a little intimidated by the rude member of staff)
Shower flooded each time it’s used, so needed to be quick to prevent it overflowing. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided - and much appreciated.
Air conditioning great, beds comfy (firm), on the route for the baht bus making the location excellent for quick access to both Pattaya and Jomtien (which are also walkable. Good WiFi signal throughout property. 7-11 convenience store right next door.
A good place to stay if you intend to be out all night, and sleep all day, but not great if you want to sleep between 11pm and 5am. Otherwise, take earplugs.
