New listing with no review yet. We have bought this new unit recently then refurnished with new color/new sofa/new washer/new 55in Smart TV. It is located on 4th floor facing quiet front building with neighbour view. You will enjoy lower floor last corner unit with no unit infront of this apartment, so you feel a bit of privacy. We have installed Fiber Optic internet speed of 200/100Mbps to work with working area-natural lighting from the window at the bedroom. Or you opt to work at balcony.

This is strictly non smoking in the apartment (you can smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed). You will agree with me once you have stayed here that it is a simple low level of apartment with neighbour view (please see our photos loaded, no complain upon arrival). If you prefer to stay at low level at 4th floor of 43rd building. It is one bedroom with Queen size bed (5ft) and well furnished with Italian leather sofa in living room and 55 inches Smart TV in Living room with Netflix, cable TVs in all languages.

Full kitchen facilities to cook with dinning table and working built-in counter with working chair located in bedroom and big size refrigerator. You can leave door open for windy if you prefer natural air, as we have door stop for you. This is very safe compound with CCTVs in the public area. DIGITAL SAFETY BOX is provided and everything you needed.

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at THB800, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer/dryer in one machine during your stay. However, we do provide free weekly cleaning, if you stay longer than 10 nights.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building.

Guest access
Free car parking, swimming pools, sauna, Gym and other facilities in the compound. We have installed private WIFI for private use in the apartment to support your online works/businesses.

Other things to note
Please do not smoke in the Apartment because this is strictly non-smoking Apartment (smoke at balcony please close balcony door). Penalty of Thb10,000 will be levied on your booking after check out. Also do not throw tissue in the toilet bowl as the toilet will be blocked and we will have to pay THB500 to engineer of the building to resolve this clogging.
