C-actus Art Sea View Villa

C-actus is a recently renovated hillside house, situated in a secluded rural area though very close to some of the main touristic spots like the port of Patmos(Skala) and the beach of Meloi. Built in respect to the local Cycladic architecture, the house blends uniquely in the rocky topography of its prime and unspoiled setting, and enjoys breath-taking, panoramic views over the Aegean Sea.
The house covers a total area of 200 s.m. in three levels and it is suitable for up to six guests. The middle level consists of a bright elegant air-conditioned living room, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and has direct access to a beautiful veranda. An elevated area inside the living room with a king mattress serves as the third bedroom. The top-level features two spacious bedrooms with quin size beds and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and open up to balconies which offer magnificent sea and port views. Downstairs, there is a spacious fully equipped apartment with amazing sea view and verandas. There is one double bed, a sofa which can be a single bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Without doubt, the heart of the villa is its expansive terrace facing the sea and the port, featuring a shaded outdoor dining area and a sunny lounge area with a large stone build sofa full of pillows. The outdoor scenery of the villa is truly mesmerizing with plethora of indigenous plants, a couple of bougainvillea and plenty of cactus surrounding it.
