"Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel."

"Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming."

"The Coachman is a lovely place to stay. The rooms were very clean and cozy. I also really appreciated the ice machine as it can get really hot during the day and I used it to fill my water bottle. Also it was nice to have a microwave and refrigerator. The staff were friendly at checkin and checkout. I'm definitely planning on staying there again."

"We stayed for three nights and didn't receive fresh towels the entire time. The parking was limited. Other than those two areas the stay was nice. The room was clean and set up nicely with a kitchenette and a nice AC unit. The view from our room was great looking out at the water. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much."

"Property has loads of character and we were glad we checked it out. For price point, I’d expect a bit more. Wouldn’t take much to improve such a gorgeous piece of property. Check in host was kind but next morning I got snapped at for requesting coffee at 7:05 because they don’t open until 7 (and coffee was just dirty dish water, I recommend packing your own coffee). "This is a self-help apartment. It was very expensive. We were afforded no early check in, even though we far in advance notified them that we had a complicated situation. As a result, because we were at an event, could only check in late. Check out is at 10AM, which is an obnoxious, creeping habit of hotels and air b and b's. It does not take six hours to clean a unit. Also, the stay requires a download of an app, but we did not receive check in information (just an email with a broken link) so...

"It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. "It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist. We had numerous calls trying to get someone to help us and everyone informed us they couldn’t help us until 4 o’clock when we could use a code that would be emailed to us privately to get into the hotel.
