I offer my guests my real Tiny house with keyless access.
It is also suitable for a home office in an air-conditioned living room
sitting at the desk you can see nature through a huge reflex glass. The house is self-designed and made.
Tiny House is a term originated from the USA spreading in more and more countries throughout Europe as well. Its essence is to decrease the manufacturing as well as the maintenance costs of a brand-new house with modern or even luxurious interior design.

The place is ideal for relax and retreat as there is no permanent residency neighbour nearby, although seasonally you can hear the noise of agricultural vehicles.

With a little luck you can see typical Hungarian wild animals such as deer, rabbit or squirrel, as well as birds due to the huge water surface nearby: sometimes big flock of birds fly above the house.

The property is located in Patka, 70 kms from Budapest.
Pets are welcome but please consider that the garden is not surrounded with fence. The taps provide crystal clear water coming from the well on the property that we think is suitable for consumption but please bring bottled water with you for cooking or drinking in case you prefer that.

You must drive a a few hundred meters on dirt road so please expect some dust or mud depending on the weather. The property is easily approachable by cars with low construction vehicle frames as well.
