There is plenty space for car parking and the area is very calm and secure. Ubicated in the most visited area of Patillas and in front of the recently remodeled Malecón of Patillas, a place where you have restaurants, gazebos for BBQ, playground for kids, kioskos where you have the typical food of the area, a ramp for boats and jet ski and a viewer where you have the spectacular view of the Caribbean sea and a amazing sunset. Near the house you found a natural reserve of mangrove , a lot of nature hidden treasures , you can discover perfect places for sit and relax enjoying the sea breeze and at the end of the trail a beach called Punta del Viento where you can surf and body board . In the area you will find excellent restaurants with fresh fish and delicious dishes of puertorican food. Also bars with excellent ambient and security. Near Road #3 that brings the tourist to a beautiful route of excellent places around most part of the island.
