"Fantastic day! Highly recommend staying there. The host was fantastic and very personable, helpful, and available! It was very clean well appointed in a great spot. There are three flights of stairs but being in our mid 60s, we were able to do it! Don’t let that stop you from staying there. Great location to get on the bus to go to New York City! Very convenient and safe highly recommend staying there."

"Sherry was very welcoming and her house is well stocked and set up for small groups. Super comfy and very unique. We loved the Victorian vibe, plush towels, comfy beds and the full kitchen. "

"We were very disappointed. Listing said no smoking. There was a sign stating that right above the ashtray. The room smelled of stale smoke and there were burn holes in the sheet. The bathrm was clean but the room was very dirty. I had to wipe down dressers before I put items on them. The rag was very dirty. I have a photo showing this. I wiped the shelf under the air conditioner and that one was black. The set up was unique. A code to get into foyer of house. Then through a curtain to your sitting...

"Upstairs neighbors were loud and stomped on the floor above us constantly. Including after the suggested quiet times. Back porch was messier than the pictures in the listing. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was almost non existent."

"Would definitely stay in this place again. Excellent accommodations!"

"people above us, low parking availability, shower nicd"

"Very quiet location and close to grocery stores and park. The owner was very hospitable."

"Like I said in my other review is a nice place clean lots of yard space and good location the only other thing was the air condition unit that they have in the apartment seem like it wasn't worked properly it would not blow out cold air but the room air only even though I had it on the air condition setting and then everything else I named in my last review"

"Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The property is incredibly spacious and perfectly suited for large groups, easily allowing 10+ people to sleep comfortably without feeling cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean upon arrival, and having a dedicated parking spot in such a prime location was a massive convenience. This stay truly offered the best value for the money spent. The host was also fantastic—exceptionally prompt with all communications and very accommodating. We will...

"Great place to stay. Easy to get into Manhattan. Hosts are good communicators and helpful"
