LAKEFRONT • GAME ROOM • FIRE PIT • BEACH. Sip your morning coffee by the water at this colorful, art-filled lake house in Pass Christian. Shoot pool or play ping pong in the covered game room, fish from the backyard, and make s'mores at the fire pit. The beach is three blocks away. Location is key: of all the vacation rentals at this lake, ours is the farthest from the active train. Sleeps 12 in 3 bedrooms, with a lake-view main suite.

Note: No pets, due to severe allergies in our family.

HOME HIGHLIGHTS
- Game Room: The covered game room under the house has a pool table, ping pong, egg chair swings, and plenty of seating.
- Lakefront Backyard: Fish from the yard or gather around the fire pit. There's also a charcoal grill.
- Location: The beach is a few blocks away, close enough to walk to the Saturday farmers market and spend the morning on the sand. Bay St. Louis, restaurants, and casinos are a short drive.
- Away From the Train: Of all the vacation rentals at this lake, our houses are the farthest from the active train.
- Art-Filled Décor: Vibrant colors and original art throughout.
- Parking: Parking is available in front of the house next to the blue plant pots, with free street parking and open lots nearby. Bringing an RV or trailer? Let us know in advance and we'll help with parking arrangements.

LAYOUT
1) Bedroom #1 : The main large bedroom has its own ensuite full bathroom with view of the lake. A KING size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch gel foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and large closet.

2) Bedroom #2: This bedroom has a QUEEN size bed with a quality & comfortable 12 inch foam mattress. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.

3) Bedroom #3: A bedroom with a triple bunk bed with TWIN-over-FULL bunk bed and TWIN pull out trundle all with quality & comfortable foam mattresses. In addition, another bunk bed with TWIN-over-TWIN. Also included a 50-inch flat screen Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and closet.

4) The living room has a unique yellow futon that can easily and quickly convert to FULL size bed. The beddings are in the yellow console under the TV.

ABOUT THE HOUSE
A piece of paradise. Our renovated, elevated lake house sits right on the lake, only 3 blocks from the beach, and it's designed for comfort and entertaining. Start your morning on the colorful, sun-filled front porch. Downstairs, the extra-large game room and patio have more seating than you can count, a swing, conversation seating, tables and chairs, a BBQ grill, and the fire pit, with the lake right in front.

The living and dining area has a leather couch, a Smart TV, and a colorful dining table with 6 chairs. The newly built full kitchen has counter seating for 4 and is fully equipped for cooking. The laundry area has a full-size washer and dryer.

Every bedroom has its own Smart TV, and our Smart TVs offer access to your personal Netflix and Hulu accounts. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have full access to the house, the front porch, the covered game room downstairs, and the backyard with its lake view. The only exceptions are a few locked closets inside and the locked storage shed under the house, which are reserved for our cleaning staff.

THINGS TO NOTE
No Parties: We maintain a strict no-party policy. Any violation of this rule will result in immediate termination of stay and fines will be assessed.
Wi-Fi: Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Please note that service may occasionally be affected by local weather conditions. While we strive to ensure stable connectivity, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for temporary outages.
Train Noise: Of all the vacation rentals at this lake, our houses are the farthest from the active train, but it may occasionally be heard.
Southern Climate & Insects: The warm, humid Mississippi climate can attract insects, especially during rainy periods. Our home is serviced by professional pest control several times a month, though a completely bug-free environment cannot be guaranteed. No refunds will be issued for the presence of occasional insects.
Cameras: We take security seriously and have exterior cameras surrounding the house, but we respect our guests' privacy and do not have any cameras inside.

COMMUNICATION
We understand that communication is key to a successful stay, so we are committed to being responsive and available to our guests. We can be reached via text, phone call or Vrbo message and are always happy to answer any questions or address any concerns you may have. We also respect our guests' privacy and will not interrupt your stay unless absolutely necessary. However, if you need anything at all or have any questions about the property or the area, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible and we will do our best to make sure that happens.

Welcome to our peaceful and picturesque lake house neighborhood! Our property is located on a quiet residential street, offering a relaxing and serene environment for our guests. When you step out of our house, you'll be greeted by stunning views of the lake, which is located right in front of our property. If you're looking for some fun in the sun, the beach is just a short 3-block walk away. One of the best things about our location is that we are far away from the active train in the area. Please refer to the map photo for more information. Our neighborhood is quiet and safe. You'll find many restaurants and shops nearby, and the city center is just a short drive away. We hope you'll come and experience the beauty and tranquility of our lake house neighborhood!

GETTING AROUND
Our lake house is situated in a prime location that provides easy access to various attractions and destinations. While we recommend having a car to get around Pass Christian MS, there are plenty of other options available to guests who prefer not to drive. Ride-sharing services, taxi services, and bike rentals are all available in the area. If you're in the mood for some beach time, our location is just a 3-block walk from the beach. We're also a short 10-minute drive from Bay St Louis and the Hollywood Casino, providing guests with plenty of entertainment options. For those interested in exploring more of the area, there are several nearby attractions worth checking out, including the Biloxi Coliseum, Keesler Air Force Base, and the Children's Discovery Museum. Additionally, our lake house is conveniently located near many restaurants and shops, so you won't have to travel far to find great food and souvenirs.
