Come stay at our cozy beach cottage in the charming area of Historic Pass Christian, MS.

Located within the first block off the beach, situated between the beach and the train, this home offers the perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. Begin your day with a cup of coffee on the 10'x30' front porch, nestled among a century-old Oak Tree, or on the expansive rear deck. There’s ample space under the entire house for relaxing or entertaining. Turn on the strings lights for soft, ambient lighting while grilling . We have a large table for dining and extra seating under the house and on the deck. We even have an outdoor shower to knock off all of that sand from your day at the beach!

The back porch and master bedroom offer serene views of the neighboring pond. Depending on the season, enjoy varying Gulf views from the rear deck. Since our home is located between two fully treed lots, there's a ton of nature all around including a pair of Bald Eagles in the nearby pine trees.

This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath home boasts an open floor plan with wood floors, ceramic tile in wet areas, and carpet in two of the bedrooms. The kitchen and both bathrooms have slab granite counters and custom cabinetry. The modern kitchen features stainless appliances, vent hood, and a large stainless kitchen sink. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen TV w/ direct TV, and has wooded views from the windows.

The primary bedroom has a king sized bed and offers views of the woods and pond. The en suite bathroom has a large walk in shower. Pull down the black out cellular shades behind the blinds if your plan includes sleeping in!

The guest bedroom has a flat screen Tv, views of the woods, nice sized closet, and two full sized beds!

The third room has a queen sized sleeper sofa, flat screen Tv, french doors, and has views of the woods and the Large Oak in the front. This room can be used as a bedroom or a flex space!!

The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo!

This cottage is ideally located just minutes from dining, casinos, shopping, fishing, live music venues, parks, tennis courts, the harbor, and boat launches. Cross the bridge to enjoy a day or night in Bay St. Louis! For a fun day trip, New Orleans is only an hour away!
