House Rules

• Registered guests only, no unapproved visitors without prior approval
• No parties or events unless a signed contract has been provided
• Quiet hours 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• No smoking or vaping indoors or on property, $500 fine for violation
• Pets only with prior approval, please follow all pet rules
• Please respect the home, furnishings, and vineyard setting
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Exterior security cameras monitor the property perimeter only
• Follow check-in and check-out times
• Excessive mess or rule violations may result in additional fees

Pet Size Limit: Medium (up to 50 pounds)
Non-Refundable Pet Fee: $100

Please note that pets must be crated when left alone and unattended in the home. Dogs should also be leashed on the property for their own safety. Pets are not permitted on any furniture or bedding. Extra cleaning fees may be assessed if this occurs. Pet waste should be cleaned up and placed in the outdoor receptacle.

The house is located on a working vineyard and comes with all the excitement of being on a vineyard. At certain times of the year, there is more happening in the vineyard than at others. You may hear ATVs, tractors or workers during the day. Vineyard work typically takes place during the normal work week, and not at weekends! If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
