Our room had an opening in the window which gave us zero privacy, a window in the roof which woke us at 6am, no air conditioning and it was just the begining of the horror movie... when we decided to take a shower, we found out there was an unlocked door in the bathroom that led to a corridor that could access other rooms! I ran to the front desk and the employee just told me they could...

"Esperava mais de um hotel 4 estrelas: tinha um sofá cama, e não estava arrumado para dormir. Quando ligamos para a recepção, vieram entregar um pacote com apenas 1 lençol e um cobertor, e sequer foi arrumado. Tivemos que fazer a própria cama. A piscina era pequena e não estava limpa. Inclusive tinham 2 baratas mortas na água. "

"What a beautiful property overlooking a vineyard! The room was large, comfortable and decorated stylishly. Bed was comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. It was relaxing and quiet. Perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening on the balcony looking at the scenic view. We will definitely be back next time we come to Paso"
