The Hilltop Cottage is perched on a rolling hill less than five minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This cozy home is the perfect escape to unwind and recharge in wine country. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home just a couple miles drive to award winning wineries, downtown tasting rooms, craft breweries, farm to table restaurants, local boutiques and so much more. Relax in the quaint outdoor space or spend a day exploring the town. Sleeps 2 guests.

About the space:
This inviting 1 bedroom cottage features a dedicated bar space for dining, a kitchenette and a bedroom with an attached bathroom. The kitchenette features a hot plate, mini fridge, large sink and all the kitchenware needed to enjoy a meal in. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and hot water kettle. Enjoy a cozy breakfast at the dining bar overlooking the serene outdoors.

The bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, a reading nook with two comfy club chairs, a dedicated workspace and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup washcloths and more.

The outdoor space is expansive! Featuring a firepit underneath festive string lights which is the ideal spot to open a bottle of wine or BBQ dinner at the adjacent gas BBQ. Or sit back on the deck with Adirondack chairs or the picnic table overlooking the stunning view from the hilltop. The best place to watch the sunset! Finish the evening with a round of corn hole.

Pet Policy:
One dog weighing 45lbs or less is allowed with approval. Breed restrictions may apply. Please do NOT leave pup unattended in the yard while you are exploring Paso.
