This charming holiday apartment is located on the second floor of a well-maintained house in the idyllic holiday resort of Neviđane on the island of Pašman in Northern Dalmatia - just about 50 metres from the sea and the nearest pebble beach. Thanks to its quiet location and breathtaking sea view, it is the ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday with a Mediterranean flair.



The apartment offers space for up to five people on around 45 m² and is therefore ideal for couples, families, or small groups. It has a bedroom with a double and a single bed, a modern bathroom with a shower, and a cosy living and dining area with a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery – perfect for cooking yourself while on holiday.



From the balcony with a beautiful sea view, enjoy the sunrise over the Adriatic or the evening with a glass of wine overlooking the sea.



The equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning and TV. Bed linen and towels are provided, and a private car park directly at the house is available. The use of air conditioning and bringing pets are possible for a fee.



The holiday home accommodates a total of four apartments. Guests have access to a garden with barbecue facilities - ideal for cosy evenings outdoors. The owners live in the house and are happy to help with any questions while respecting your privacy.



The surroundings of Neviđane invite numerous leisure activities: swimming, snorkelling, sailing, boat trips, hiking and fishing are just a few of them. The town centre, restaurants and shopping opportunities can be conveniently reached on foot within a few minutes.



The island of Pašman is known for its untouched nature, crystal-clear bays, and authentic Dalmatian way of life. Thanks to the bridge connection to the neighbouring island of Ugljan and the ferry connection to Zadar, it is easily accessible – ideal for excursions to the mainland or to nearby islands.
