"Lovely renovated apartment in old building with the fresh market right outside your door every day. Up one floor, so not good for mobility impaired. But modern appliances, spotless, everything electric, and laundry. No dryer. I used the heated towel rack to dry my clothes and it worked nicely after rolling out excess water in a towel. Just around the corner from the historic Theatre and blocks away from the marina. Close to restaurants, shopping, and of course, ice cream. Definitely walkable. "

"Ich habe mit meiner Familie und unseren Hunden 12 erholsame Tage verbracht. Wir waren zu 6 und mit 3 Hunden unterwegs. Die Häuser Aufteilung war für uns ideal, so hatte jeder seine eigenes Reich und seine Rückzugs Möglichkeiten.Wir hatten etwas Pech unser Boiler war kaputt. Die Kontaktaufnahme lief problemlos über WhatsApp und der Boiler wurde schnellstmöglich repariert. Jeden zweiten Tag kam der Hausmeister, kümmerte sich um den Pool und alles andere. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage."

"Die Aussicht und die Außenanlage sind einfach nur GIGA . Das Haus sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet , Matratzen waren sehr gut und die außen Küche ist eine vollwertige Küche. Zufahrt zum Haus nicht unbedingt für Fahranfänger. Aber die Aussicht entschädigt mehr als auch die Stille ist einfach mega letztes Dorf am Berg. Die Fahrt ins Tal braucht man zwischen 10 und 15 Minuten je nachdem. Die Vermieterin sehr freundlich und korrekt spricht Deutsch. Zusammen gefasst sehr empfehlenswert."

"Foi razoável. Fomos bem atendidos, foi servido um bom café da manhã, a localização é boa, porém, o quarto 411 no bloco II está em condições muito ruins. Banheiro super antigo e sem manutenção, ducha de banho despenca a todo momento, vaso sanitário antigo e nada funcional, piso do quarto com parkets de madeira bem antigos, com alguns soltos e cheios de frestas.O armário está solto e por pouco não causou um acidente, quando minha esposa foi guardar as roupas e ele quase despencou. O estacionamento coberto tem muitas telhas quebradas e algumas soltas, podendo danificar seu veículo. Enfim, a propriedade precisa de reformas urgentes."
