"I left something and I called and spoke to someone and she told me that she was putting a note in the system for house keeping. When my sister went to get the item I left behind, it was nowhere to be found. This is the second time I have forgotten something and it not be there. Either someone is keeping the things that people accidentally leave or throwing them away."

"Terrible place to stay. Lots of homeless people nearby and hotel is very dirty."

"I reserved 4 rooms and all the rooms smelled like mildew. Carpet needed cleaning. TV did not work and sink was clogged up. All the bathtubs were horrible. Had to wear shower shoes in the tub. We stayed 2 nights and room service was unavailable for cleaning and replenishing the towels. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Valery and Lindana (not sure about the spelling) were very kind and concern in regards to provide me breakfast a bit later than usual because I told (Valery) I was much too tired to get up and be ready for breakfast by 9:00 so, Valery left a message to Lindana(?) who let me have a waffle, coffee and couple of pastries. Hotel is far from anything if you are not driving. Room was clean and silent. For a short stay, would stay again. But not a resort, so, no recommended for vacation...

"The water in the hotel was brown and when confronte by the stuff they said thats just how it is around here. There was 1 washer and 1 dryer for the entire hotel and they were OUTSIDE!!! Not even small room for them to be inside out of the weather."

"Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was overall very good the only problem was we had to switch rooms because of a little mildew under the sink but staff let us switch immediately and everything was fine. Breakfast is decent. Recommend this hotel to everyone."

"Only problem we had was no breakfast and the man that works night shift didn't make coffee. He acted like it was a problem and got a attitude if we asked for coffee in the mornings. He was rude and looked down his nose at customers. He was short and "smartassy" if he was asked anything. Our overall stay was pleasant and we were extremely satisfied with our room and the ladies that worked the front desk!!!
