"Red flags from the get go. Host did not respond to messages prior to check in until I finally called her at which time she said something rude and hung up on me. I called back and explained who i was and then she was polite. 30 mins prior to check in we got a message that check in would be delayed from 330p to 5pm due to a broken pipe. "Well equipped condo in a very convention location! The condo had everything we needed and is a reasonable drive to sites around the White Mountains. The property owner was very easy to reach and we had good comms throughout our stay."

The registration process was difficult, as the link to the “happy guest” program didn’t work from my iPhone and figuring out how to upload pictures of the front and ack of my license and a picture of me holding my license was time consuming and frustrating. There were so many things that made it exceptional, hot tub during a snowfall, soaking tub etc. One of the most underrated things though was the towel warmer! What a fantastic thing to have when you come back in from the hot tub during a snow storm!We look forward to trying to make this an annual trip."
