"Gostamos muito, muito da estadia. A casa é muito boa, em bom estado, SUPER EQUIPADA, com tudo o que é preciso. O local, Manuel António, é provavelmente o mais bonito da Costa Rica, com praia e selva. A Jakie foi muito precisa na comunicação e, para nossa surpresa disse-nos que o Chef está incluído no preço, ou seja, o Chef Didier, faz-nos o pequeno-almoço e o Jantar e nós só temos de pagar as compras do supermercado, que o próprio Didier se encarrega de fazer! "Most amazing stay I’ve ever had! Camilo kept great communication beforehand, but wasn’t overbearing. He even sent a video making it very clear how to get to the house. He then personally came by the next day to answer questions, give advice, etc. One day we just wanted to stay in and have pizza delivered, so I asked him for a recommendation (which he gave), but since it is a little different than it is back home, he just asked for our order, then he called and ordered it and set up delivery,...

"The property matched the listing in terms of space and number of guests, but it felt old and not as clean as expected. The pool wasn’t well maintained, very deep, and not safe for families with small children. We also had frogs in our room and a lot of small lizards, which made the stay uncomfortable. The grill was tricky to use and unsafe without instructions. we almost got burned twice. On the positive side, check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host did refund us for the nights we left...

"We had the most incredible stay at Villa Marbella. Camilo was so helpful leading up to the trip, he answered countless emails, helped set up excursions, had rental cars waiting for us, and a private chef. He greeted us upon our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy or stay. Nellie, the housekeeper, came by once during our visit, she was very thorough and even did all of our laundry.
