"A great sized property with all the facilities that you need. Massive landscape gardens with a good sized pool and vegetable plot. The views were amazing. Air conditioning in all rooms which was a great asset. The host, Gian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Because of his knowledge, we attended local festivals and we had a reasonably priced chef come in and cook for us, which was more of an experience than just being catered for as we were all able to get involved. "Our group included grandparents and 2 families. The Villa provided all the space we needed with several area's to sit. The pool was fantastic and host, Alice really helpful. The beds were comfortable, and ensuites, although a little tired all functioned well. Any problems were remedied quickly and efficiently"

"The house was an excellent choice for my family of 9 adults and one infant for our four night visit. It had plenty of space, plenty of kitchen supplies, a/c, clean pool, and great mountain views. At a great dinner in the town. We rented cars in Rome and drove up and then drove each day exploring other cities, Sienna, Florence, Assisi, and Spello. The house was perfect for us. We wish we could have stayed longer."
