"Great stay and excellent value for money! The staff was warm and helpful throughout our stay. Housekeeping was prompt—when I requested slippers upon check-in, the staff member brought them quickly without any need for a reminder. Breakfast was delicious with authentic South Indian flavors. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and surrounded by popular restaurants like Geetham and Buhari. They even accommodated a late checkout by an hour. Highly recommended"

"IT WAS NOT MENTIONED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING THAT WE HAVE TO PAY EXTRA CHARGES AT HPTEL BUT THEY CHARGED US."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not help us arrange a taxi to the airport, so we had to find one ourselves. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and left at 1 AM for the airport, while my brother checked out in the morning. Despite this, we were charged an extra ₹1,800 for an extra person, even though there was no extra guest. Very poor service and an unjustified charge."

"Bed sheets were not washed and teared clothes. We informed them, they said no staff to change"

"The only down side is there is no food or room service and the restaurants are not around. Have to use the food delivery services."

"We’re European travellers. We’re stayed 17 nights. "It is ok compare with cost. Just no separation between toilet and shower, so wash room floor will be wet. But immediately dry."
