"This was our third stay at the Heathman Lodge. Our first two stays were wonderful, so when in need of a hotel in the Vancouver WA area we immediately booked the Heathman. Check-In was great, they even gave us a bottle of wine! But the next day we were away from our room most of the day and returned at night. There was no maid service! All our towels were used and left on floor where we had left them, trash wasn't emptied and bed wasn't made. I tried to call to the front desk, but room phone...

"FRONT DESK STAFF WAS HELPFUL & POLITE. BREAKFAST WAS 1* AT BEST. MOST ITEMS REMAINED EMPTY BOTH MORNINGS. THE WORKER WAS SIMPLY NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MINIMAL PATRONS. THIS LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS NOT IDEAL. NARROW STREETS BETWEEN APPARTMENTS TO GET IN AND OUT. LOTS OF LOUD, NEIGHBORHOOD TEENS/TWENTIES RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE AT NIGHT. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN."

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to."

"Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."
