"The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!"

"Check-in was good, that was the last nice thing. Our first room was dirty. We had to leave and come back later for a room to be made available for us. We arrived around 5:30 PM. Second room had one bed that the sheets had obviously not been changed bc there were makeup smears all over. The floors have been so badly cared for that they’re warped and they squeak loudly whenever we walked around. Shower was crazy, the head sprayed water everywhere no matter what we did. "The outside temperatures were in the mid-90's, but the area around the outdoor pool had trees plus areas of umbrellas. With the Columbia River breeze it was really beautiful. The room was very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only 'negative' for us ~ we were in room 390 and after unpacking we discovered our toilet was made for kids / little people / dwarfs... ~ much lower to the ground than 'normal'. We quickly adjusted and did not request a change of rooms. We stayed...
