"My opinion of my stay at the hotel was good. In fact, it would be a good option for me again when I return to Portland. Overall, everything was fine: the breakfast, the rooms, the facilities, etc. The only thing I noticed was that there was an American guest drinking alcoholic beverages in the hot tub. Then they started criticizing other guests who were enjoying the pool. I think those areas should be better regulated or supervised, and guests shouldn't be allowed to bring in any kind of drinks...

"After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to."

"Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."

"I like everything about this location. My boyfriend and I stay frequently. My only complaint would be. There isn't an ice machine, even though the refrigerator and freezer have an ice maker. The ice maker, is slow. I usually have to go and get ice somewhere to get ice."
