"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"Clean room, but the beds were exceedingly saggy in the center of the mattress. Mattresses had aftermarket pillow toppers added but this did not make sleeping on the beds any more comfortable - my partner and I just kept rolling into the middle. We both woke up with sore backs Disappointing because the rest of the hotel is clean and it is very conveniently located in a quiet corner of downtown. I probably should have reached out to the front desk to request a different room, but I was so tired...

"The room was clean and quiet. The property is still in need of repairs. The pool had to be reserved, one room at a time. That seemed odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent and easy to get to. However, it seems like they are gradually trying to fix up the property and we will be back in August."

"The front desk guy was very unpleasant! Not only did he not greet me but was very nice to everyone else. I came from Texas to Portland for my college graduation! I didn't have my card n he refuse to take tap! As a traveler I didn't know! I feel a one time accommodation could have been done! I had a hand full of stuff and exhausted from a long day!"

"Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by a helpful staff member who promptly got us checked in. Our request was fulfilled with a view of the river. The Vancover waterfront was a pleasant place to take our morning walks and it was very clean. Please note, because this property is near the airport, you will hear jets arriving and taking off. The food and the drinks were great while we sat at the bar and watched the world cup games. Everyone was friendly and the entire property was clean and...

"Beyond pleased with our room that offered wonderful views of the airplanes and fighter jets flying overhead as well as the city Central Park outside our window and with the trains and the barge is moving up river it made for an enjoyable stay. The TV actually had HDMI capable hook up so we brought our DVD player and a bunch of movies to enjoy, independent films that are not available on Netflix. Staff was excellent and the property was clean and well maintained."

"Great home base for hiking in Columbia River Gorge. Great breakfast. Hot tub not working, but we were able to use the outdoor one at the sister hotel on the other side of the parking lot. Would stay here again."

"After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to."

People walking in and out doing funny business.. room smelled like someone smoked weed all week in there. I walked right out and went to a different place.
