"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"Great place to stay in Vancouver, added bonus that it's close to Portland. Really liked how it was within walking distance to downtown Vancouver, was very convenient to walk to restaurants and shops. The hotel breakfast was good too, lots of options to choose from for breakfast so it made our mornings easier. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway to Vancouver."

"The receptionist was friendly and professional, check in was smooth and easy. Our room was exactly as described, clean, and the bed was comfortable and bedding was good. Breakfast was hot, offering the usual meat, potatoes, eggs, bread and fruit. They also offer a free happy hour with food and a free drink. We have stayed at various Oxford Suites and love them!"

"The room was clean and quiet. The property is still in need of repairs. The pool had to be reserved, one room at a time. That seemed odd and inconvenient. The location is excellent and easy to get to. However, it seems like they are gradually trying to fix up the property and we will be back in August."

"The front desk guy was very unpleasant! Not only did he not greet me but was very nice to everyone else. I came from Texas to Portland for my college graduation! I didn't have my card n he refuse to take tap! As a traveler I didn't know! I feel a one time accommodation could have been done! I had a hand full of stuff and exhausted from a long day!"

"Clean room, comfortable bed. Plenty of parking. Conveniently located near the Vancouver mall with lots of dining options. We appreciated the in-room toaster and microwave. Overall, a great stay."

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"FRONT DESK STAFF WAS HELPFUL & POLITE. BREAKFAST WAS 1* AT BEST. MOST ITEMS REMAINED EMPTY BOTH MORNINGS. THE WORKER WAS SIMPLY NOT ABLE TO KEEP UP WITH MINIMAL PATRONS. THIS LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS NOT IDEAL. NARROW STREETS BETWEEN APPARTMENTS TO GET IN AND OUT. LOTS OF LOUD, NEIGHBORHOOD TEENS/TWENTIES RUNNING AROUND OUTSIDE AT NIGHT. WE WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN."

"After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to."

"There was a loud annoying humming all day & night my first night here. The maintnnace man came up and said, "it was probably the fan on the roof". Very irritating."
