"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"The room was very clean. Check in/out staff were delightful. I had 2 dogs with me and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly. Noise was only in hallways so great comfortable bed. Would recommend and do it again."

"I appreciated the features for the deaf. I am deaf. My room was clean and confortable. The desk clerk was helpful in showing me how to get caption for the deaf on the TV. I liked My Place very much."

"The hospitality of this hotel is second to none. I have stayed in hotels all over the world and I have never in 40 years been so welcomed and so appreciated and so helped even with the minor things like asking for a pen and they gave me a handful. If I ever traveled to Vancouver again, which I’m sure I will I will never stay anywhere else. I used to like the Heisman Lodge, but this place is nicer rooms and better hospitality."

"Front desk staff ~ 👍 Location ~ great but a bit difficult to get to hotel with the freeway crossovers and hotel being crammed in by many new apartment complexes. Breakfast ~ 👍/ran out of coffee on Sunday and took awhile to refill, but it was a busy place with just one employee (poor guy!) Room ~ good but not enough toilet paper (one half roll, one quarter roll). Bed was comfy. Hated being on the ground floor (had asked when I booked for upper floor), but they were probably pretty booked up...

"After we made the reservations, we called to make sure they have a shuttle to the airport. They said yes - then we called back to see if it was complimentary and they said yes. When we got there there was no shuttle. They said there are 3 Courtyard by Marriott and only 1 has a shuttle but we called the one connected to the address we went to."

"Customer service was good, place was good for our budget, room was horrible, some disgusting not sure if it was food (dried underneath the bed) I sprayed the whole room with antibacterial spray and my husband had to fix the light in the bathroom it was hanging down because we didn’t want anyone else to come in the room it was already bad and we just need a place to lay down."
