"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"I normally have an incredible stay at the Heathman but this time not so much. I had poop smeared in my bathroom upon checking into the room. The a/c was not working well and I sweated all night. The front desk lady was rude and made me feel like a hindrance for asking the poop be removed from my bathroom. I will say—there was one front desk lady that was super kind and helpful. The restaurant was also delicious per usual and they were really kind. Be mindful that the kitchen closes before...

"It’s a good place to stay. Pillows could be updated and we found the sheets could be updated. There was some stains in them."

"Overall a terrible experience! My room smelled really bad. A strong oder of chlorox bleach mixed with a fowl oder. When I went to check out, The man at the front desk was helping a customer getting her a lid for her coffee. She said to him that her room had no black coffee, just an empty bag with no coffee. He did absolutely nothing, said nothing to her. I also had to wait outside awhile he locked the office to check my room so I could get my deposit back. I do not recommend this place to...

"Parking was easy; clean convenient hotel . We had a great stay..we had a great breakfast at the Ondus restaurant on site..will highly recommend!!!"

"The room was very clean and the staff were all friendly It’s somewhat confusing to get to the property even on GPS Took us a back way in through a heavily rutted gravel driveway We figured out the better way to access the hotel. Our room was next to the freeway back there was some freeway noise as well."

"My stay was comfortable the only thing I didn't like was the fact that expedia doesn't let you know about the $60 mandatory cash deposit and also I was woken up from my sleep at 4am by someone's barking dog I called and the front desk handled it."
