"Our room was extremely loud. Right next to the elevator and also adjoining room next to us extremely loud during quiet hours. Walls must have been old and thin and sound deadening non existent. We checked out a whole day early instead of finishing our stay. No support from the staff to move us to different room or mediate situation at all. Minimal support from Expedia on the chat option. Said they kept trying to reach hotel to verify we checked out? I told Expedia I had the receipt to show only...

"The front desk people are amazing! I had lots of packages sent it they took care of them very carefully. Besides that the rooms are quite big, big beds. I wish the bath tube would be bigger."

"The room was clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast is waffles, English muffins, tiny muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, apples, cereal, and juice. I wish the pool were open later in the evening, it closes at 10. It's overall a good hotel for the budget guest, comfortable and clean. And not run down. I felt like parking was reasonably safe as well. "
