"The apartment is on an excellent location. Very close to the metro station and a 20 min walk away from plaza mayor. The check-in/entrance process is a little confusing, but it all worked in the end. There is one room that is very comfortable. The second one is up the stairs, and it has a very low ceiling (all good but keep it in mind if you're tall)."

"It's a wonderful building with clean and fairly new modern units. I was so thankful that there was an elevator and multiple washing machines to use. The supermarket was just 2 blocks away, and there's plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. I was able to walk everywhere and didn't even use public transportation. I felt safe as a solo traveler."

"Emplacement très bien situé, à proximité du centre et du parc de el Retiro. Sur une grande avenue mais pas de bruit à l'intérieur. Nous étions 8 et l'appartement est très fonctionnel. Frédéric a tout fait pour nous permettre de pleinement profiter de notre séjour, nous apportant beaucoup d'informations avant et pendant notre séjour en étant très réactif et toujours nous apporter le plus grand soin (merci à lui !). Je recommande vivement pour découvrir Madrid !"

"Localização perfeita, com ponto de ônibus em frente ao prdédio. Quarto confortável, e cozinha razoavelmente bem equipada. O banheiro é muito pequeno, mas funciona e tem box no chuveiro. A limpeza do banheiro deixou a desejar. A comunicação com o proprietário foi fácil, mas muito insistente para que chegássemos logo ao lugar para recebermos as chaves (estávamos ainda no desembarque do voo do Brasil). De toda forma, recomendo!"
