Parque Peekskill Landing

1 star truly doesn't do it justice. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying something! There is so much I don't know where to start...1st the front desk staff (excluding the one female with braids who works wknds) either doesn't know they work in hospitality or have no idea of what the word means. I was there 2x weeks and only one person ever said good morning and she wasn't a cleaner. They are rude and lack basic courtesy. Breakfast: Old blonde woman once again was rude and none said good morning. Also the hot breakfast isn't a guarantee despite being part of your room rate. The microwave is in the stairwell with a leaking ice maker..in the STAIRWELL Room: My original room had mold in the shower, food embedded in carpet and one night the odor of Marijuana was so strong I woke up with a headache. I was moved to a "better" room where the AC sounded like a monster was living in it and that was when it was turned off! During my stay there was people in halls randomly screaming in the middle of the night. One night an alarm went off in the middle of the night. Finally there was a complete and total power outage for an entire Sunday..no heat, hot water, halls pitch black. And they offered NOTHING to make up for such horrible accommodations. It literally took arguing and complaining just to be refunded the 1 night where they couldn't even provide electricity! I discovered this where you go for a one-night stand not for a business trip...NEVER AGAIN

Bom quarto e café bom mas padrão americano, sem novidades
