Most of the apartments in Las Palmas is dirty, rundown and expensive, but Valentina beach apartments surprised us a lot, it is good in price, clean comfortable, has everything you need, the bathroom are very nice and clean, the kitchen has everything...

"I'm going to say the good things about the hotel at the end, but the low evaluation is mostly because the hotel doesn't have a 24 hours reception and the staff doesn't seem to have had proper training. The major error was about the cab that took me back to the airport. It was in a very late time (3:30am) so in the day before I asked them to confirm the booking and to give me a phone number in case something wrong happened (as there would be nobody to help me at 3:30am if the taxi was not there)....

"Fantastic rooms. Huge! 2 floors. Breakfast is ok. There is a supermarket right in front of the hotel in case you want to self cater. It’s not walking distance from beach and central area but there is a free bus and taxi is cheap. Staff at the hotel are awesome and make you feel very special from the moment you walk in. "What an amazing hotel and the staff were the absolute best that you would find in any accommodation that you could stay in. Stayed helpful and happy tight rill the end of our holiday. This was especially more prevalent in the light of the coronavirus outbreak. Poor staff looked after us with no thought of themselves being out of work 4days after we left. We all wish them all the best for a speedy end to their unknown weeks ahead. "
