"We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."

"Absolutely immaculate property. Maybe cleanest and most well put together rental property we've ever stayed at. Great location for Cowes and Phillip Island in general. Minutes to main restaurant and shopping area. We had 3 adults, 4 kids and with 3 large beds, 1 single, and 2 sitting areas it was plenty of space for all. And the cherry on top was the ease of arrival and departure.. The easiest positive review Ive ever had to make."

Bed in upstairs living area needs fixing. Otherwise well suited to our group with 3 bathrooms & 5 bedrooms. Should say 2 king beds, 3 queens so that you have the appropriate bedding."

"The bed was amazing, room very large, staff so helpful! Free parking. One down side the bathroom, it was not clean enough, shower had a lot of mould on cornes and grout and there was a sopa bar dispenser that was damaged and you could see mould with silicon to repair, horrible. so positives and negatives."
