A equipe demonstrou falta de preparo. Fiquei com minha família aproximadamente duas horas aguardando para realizar o check-in, pois não conseguiam localizar minha mala, que havia sido despachada pela American Airlines diretamente ao hotel sob meus cuidados. "Stayed at Sierra cabin towards the back of the property (of note, Yurts are at a different location just down the road). Very clean, friendly staff, very relaxing grounds. Patrons were all respectful during our stay and everyone seemed to value the collective feeling of serenity/peace.
