"A pretty good value place in Siracusa, it's not far from Ortigia so save yourself a bit of money. It's clean and the bedroom is comfy, plus all the essentials are provided, as well as a voucher for a free breakfast at the cafe downstairs. The only downside is the somewhat odd and cramped layout of the property: the bedroom and the downstairs bit are pretty spacious, but there is a narrow spiral staircase connecting them and if you want to carry your suitcases up it's a bit of a pain. "Amazing stay with Stefano and family. Great room, beautiful terrace and lovely home made breakfast. Great location to visit Siracusa and then relax."

"room was very clean and renovated and breakfast was delicious. the hotel is very secluded and only accessible with a vehicle and About 30 minutes from the main town. "

"Perfect accommodation for those wishing to explore the eastern-southern part of Sicily. 20 minutes drive to Noto and further to Modica and Scicli. The place is located 2-minute walk from Avola city centre, a lot of shops nearby and free parking on the street (easy!). The room is perfectly clean, comfy beds, fridge and kettle. Super good communication with the owner, I arrived after 20:00 and easily got into the room with directions received beforehand. I would come back :) Thank you!"

"Clean room and lovely staff we were very well taken care of and it had everything that we needed to enjoy the beach and our stay."

"Centrally located, close to all attractions."
