"Fantastic property in an ideal location! It is incredibly safe and perfectly situated for walking all of Ortigia. Our host, Sebastiano, was amazing—communication was a breeze, and he provided invaluable recommendations for local restaurants, parking, and the best places to visit during our stay. We had a wonderful time and would absolutely book here again!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the apartment and it is a great location right in the heart of Ortigia. Our only feedback is that the bed sheets were quite worn and old."

"Francesco was very helpful prior to our arrival providing very good information regarding car parking etc. We arrived at 11pm on a Saturday evening and he was there waiting for us. The Cafe di Roi opposite the appartment was very good for breakfasts and very reasonably priced. We used the cafe every day for breakfast. The road is a little noisy in the evening as cars pass by...

Parking on site is possible which is great to have. Walking distance to Oritiga, and MANY good restaurants nearby. Had trouble communicating with the owner initially but pivoted to WhatsApp and was a breeze after that. Bed is comfortable and 2 AC units one on each floor means you are comfortable. Few minor...
