However, there was an issue with the hot water one morning. We waited for almost an hour, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved in time, and we had to take cold showers. "Room was clean and a good size. It was missing a bathroom fan which was odd. The staff were fantastic! Helpful, welcoming and kind. Case in point, I mentioned it was my wife’s birthday while we were here and they brought her a tray of chocolate covered strawberries with some Perrier water and 2 complimentary drinks at the hotel bar. Special thanks to Britnay for putting this all together! You are so kind and wonderful! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well.
