"I saw someone share photos of this Onsen on instagram and had to see if they had rooms available. I’m so glad I did! The property is stunning, the staff are incredibly warm and kind, and the food was exceptional. I got a room with a balcony over the fish pond and a private bath and I enjoyed every second of my stay. I will absolutely come back the next time I am in Japan. "Very friendly staff with warm atmosphere - even when you do not have any ideas to enjoy your stay at that area, you will get better suggestions from them. One thing to keep in your mind - wish to have better weather during your stay!"

"Stayed here for a work trip. Great location and friendly staff. I was late for check-in due to transportation and staff stayed up to wait for me. Location is nice and quiet, about 30min walk from downtown."

"A limpeza e cordialidade japonesa é incomparável.

"The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very professional. We were also able to watch the Monkey Show at half price because the villa is operated by the theater next door. It was a wonderful bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable."
