"The service was great but had a couple of complaints. Our room didnt seem properly cleaned was extremely dusty and had white stains on flooring. The breakfast we paid forwasn't very nice, so much so that we barely ate it we had to spend money else where and cancelled it for the next day. The tv in our room barely worked and was extremely annoying as had to constantly redownloaded the apps on it and log back in. We thought we were paying for a room with a bath but had no bath. "Have stayed at The Peninsula on many occasions. Great location, good value and walking distance to good restaurants, cafes, shops supermarket and ferry. This time had a one bedroom apartment, with a small usable kitchen and great for 2 people. Adequate free parking on site however when busy you may need to park on the street. Would highly recommend."
