"We stayed in a corner room that was quite expensive for the night. The view was amazing. Sadly, the room was not clean. There were Cheeto’s scattered in the floor, someone’s hair in the bathroom floor, and the sheets looked as if they had been slept in. We also had very little hot water in the shower. Disappointing for the price but we notified the staff and they did clean the room at our request while we were at dinner. I can’t imagine we would opt to stay there again."

"The property was well maintained and the room was clean and spacious. Given that the hotel is new there are a few enhancements that would improve the overall experience. Each room should be equipped with a safe and a coffee maker as opposed to a tea pot with pouch coffee would be an improvement. A second luggage stand along with a small microwave in the suite kitchenette would also be useful."

"The staff were excellent and the breakfast was good. The rooms themselves weren’t great. It’s definitely not the cleanest and it was extremely humid inside the room - even with the AC on the lowest setting, it felt like my bed was damp somehow it was so strange. Something about the air quality is for sure not right and that made the stay just okay. I would not stay here again based off the room alone."

We also found the suite unclean, with pieces of chocolate on the carpet. Finally, the breakfast buffet offered a limited selection, and the quality of some items—such as the butter—was poor, although the restaurant itself was very clean....
