Need new rugs in hallways and filters need cleaning.
Some staff don’t have smile on face.
No microwave in rooms to warm food etc. very small eating space in rooms.
But very secured with security for safety.
Halal option not available as all meat kept close to each other giving rise to food contamination.
Should have separate table for halal food option.
Spoon not provided with cutlery.

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect if you want to visit the national park. The property itself is also very beautiful, situated right within a rainforest and with access to a pool.
Sadly, the "communal kitchen" was a joke. There was a microwave, a kettle and a toaster, some plates and cups and almost no cutlery. It's not a kitchen if there is no stove.
Also the garden view was a big disappointment, as there was no garden to see. We recommend to book the "water view"...

"The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We stayed in a room in the house which included a nice breakfast. Dinner (at extra cost) was delicious.
I personally found the room quite small for 2 people, and dark.
All in all we had a pleasant stay and I would quite happily stay there again."
