"This is a lovely hotel, located conveniently next to the convention center and Lloyd Center (although the latter is a crumbling ruin of its former self; I digress). "The hotel was very clean, quiet, and up-to-date. The room was a little on the small side, but only a little, and to be expected given that I opted for one of the cheapest rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful, particularly Anita, who checked me in late at night, and is an absolute sweetheart.
I did not have housekeeping during my stay (by choice) and also did not use the kitchen area or try the included continental breakfast, so I cannot speak to the quality of those.
