"酒店的室外泳池和海景确实不错，是为数不多的亮点，但除此之外，整体体验与其五星级定位有明显差距。 首先，硬件设施较为一般，例如房间电视几乎无法正常观看，体验较差。服务方面问题更为突出，整体水准明显不达标，员工服务意识和专业性都不足，很难让人感受到五星级酒店应有的品质。 入住过程尤其令人不满意。我预订的是海景双床房，但最初却被安排到单床房；第一次投诉后被更换到 partial sea view 房型，依然与预订不符；直到再次投诉，才最终入住到正确的房型。整个过程反复折腾，耗费时间也影响了入住心情。此外，大堂经理当时承诺赠送下午茶作为补偿，但最终并未兑现，这一点非常减分，也让人对酒店的服务承诺产生质疑。 餐饮方面同样不尽如人意。无论是早餐还是晚餐，价格都偏高，但菜品选择少、口味也较一般，性价比很低。餐厅服务更是比较混乱，服务人员专业度不足，甚至给人一种临时工在服务的感觉。 总体来看，这家酒店在景观上尚有优势，但无论是硬件、服务还是餐饮，都难以匹配五星级酒店的标准，整体体验令人失望。"
