Villa Votsalo Isterni Paros (150 meters from sea)

A beautiful maisonette in Isterni (very close to Naousa and the best beaches) with private garden and sea access only 100m away. It can easily accommodate 5 people making it ideal for families or 2 couples (2 separate bedrooms with private bathrooms)

A 94 square meters 2-floor maisonette with traditional cycladic decoration.
On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace, along with the first bedroom (2 single beds) and a bathroom.
On the first floor there is a master bedroom with its own private bathroom and access to a balcony with a stunning view to the Aegean islands (Naxos, Ios)
Besides the 2 bedrooms, there is also a sofa-bed in the living room that can easily accommodate an adult allowing the stay of up to 5 people.
The ground floor has access to a veranda and a very big garden, as well as a kiosk on the other side, both of which as perfect for relaxation moments with the aegean in view.
On the backside there is plenty of space for private parking.

All guests have access to the whole house since only one group/family/etc. will be hosted at a time anyway.

You can reach a very respectable beach on foot (just 100m from the villa), however it is highly recommended to hire a car in order to reach the best beaches of the island (Chrysi Akti, Santa Maria) as well as the city of Naousa (supermarket access and nightlife), both of which are very close to Isterni (10 minutes by car). The house location is ideal indeed being in the middle of those, thus providing fast access to everything!
There is also a very close port that offers daily cruises to the nearest islands (Koufonisia, Irakleia, Naxos etc).
