The heart of Villa Aura`s outdoor space is its spectacular 14m × 4m infinity pool, shimmering against a backdrop of the Aegean Sea. Surrounded by 8 sun loungers and finished with an outdoor shower, it is the kind of pool you never want to leave. Mornings here begin slowly — coffee in hand, feet dangling over the edge, with nothing but blue water and blue sky ahead.
For those who love to dine under the stars, the outdoor dining area comfortably seats 12 guests and is equipped with a charcoal barbecue, making it the ideal setting for long, leisurely Mediterranean dinners. The beautifully manicured French garden adds a timeless, elegant touch to the grounds, creating natural shade and a sense of peaceful seclusion rarely found this close to the sea.
And the beach? Just one minute`s walk away — so spontaneous swims, afternoon snorkels, and golden hour strolls are simply part of daily life here.

The air-conditioned open-plan living room is both stylish and sociable, featuring a wood-burning fireplace for cooler evenings, a Smart TV, a premium Sonos sound system, and a foosball table that guarantees laughter and friendly competition no matter the age group.
The fully equipped open-plan kitchen is a genuine centrepiece of the home. Built around a grand central island with seating for 8, it is the kind of kitchen that inspires — whether you are preparing a leisurely breakfast, hosting a private chef, or simply gathering together before dinner. Every detail has been considered: bean-to-cup coffee machine, juice extractor, induction range, dishwasher, blender, and more. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living and dining areas, making Villa Aura a natural space for togetherness.
A dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and freezer ensures every practical need is met without interrupting the rhythm of your stay.

Villa Aura offers 4 generous double bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to offer privacy, comfort, and a direct connection to the outdoors.
Every bedroom features a king-size bed (180×200), walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, air conditioning, and its own private terrace — perfect for morning coffee or a quiet read in the afternoon shade. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring complete privacy for every guest.
Bedroom 1 benefits from a direct sea view and a bathtub in addition to an Italian shower, making it the ideal master suite. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 all open onto private terraces with peaceful garden or nature views. One bedroom is located in a charming independent annexe — ideal for guests who prefer a little extra privacy or separation.

Smoking Policy: Smoking is not allowed inside the property. If smoking outside, please use the provided ashtrays, as dry vegetation increases the risk of fire, especially in summer.

Toilets: Please do not flush toilet paper, tampons, nappies, or any other items. Use the waste bins provided.

Towels: Bathroom towels are for indoor use only. Please use them as intended.

Energy Conservation: Avoid overloading the power supply, as power cuts may occur in Paros during peak season due to limited infrastructure.

Water Usage: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but we do not recommend drinking it.

Marble Surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar, or acidic substances, as they can cause immediate damage to marble surfaces.
